Return Policy

Returns and exchanges will only be accepted within 30 days from the date of purchase with the original receipt.  The item MUST be in its original, unused packaging, unblemished, unmodified (e.g., grip tape, weighted tape, etc), unwashed, unworn, and in new, ready to sell condition.  Refunds will only be refunded to the original form of payment received.  If original card is not available, then the amount will be issued on a gift card. 3% restocking fee on all new unused paddles.  Paddles carry a manufacturer warranty.  Be sure to register your paddles on the manufacturer's website to receive warranty coverage, if applicable.

Most new paddles come with a manufacturer warranty against defects:

Defective replacements are at the discretion of the manufacturer. 

Not covered under manufacturer warranty policies: fading of the graphics, damage caused by normal wear and tear, abuse, user modification, or the natural breakdown from extended use.
